It is our goal to build a community where all families are provided equitable support to care for their children safely. But when that isn't possible, and children and youth come into care, we want to ensure that they have access to the educational opportunities they need to achieve their education and career goals.
Less than 50% of youth in care graduate from high school and for those who do attend college or university, less than 3% will earn a post-secondary degree by age 25.*
Your gift towards post-secondary bursaries and other education supports like tutoring and assistive devices, can help youth worry less about the financial barriers they may face and focus instead on their dreams for the future.
