Support for Kin Families

When a child cannot stay at home, we look to extended family to support children and parents because we know that kids do better when they stay connected to their family and community.

DYK: Kin families do the same work as foster families but do not receive the same day to day supports for things like day care, dental care, transportation to visits with family, or even for groceries or clothing.

When families say yes to caring for kids and youth, we want to be able to say yes to supporting them. Your gift will offer the day-to-day financial support for Kin Families to help provide for the children in their care.
